TERMS AND CONDITION FOR ONLINE/BOOKING AGREEMENT

At Madalynn Cole Salon, a credit card on file is required for online bookings, new guests to Madalynn Cole, or have a record of missed reservation. This policy helps ensure appointment security and minimizes last-minute cancellations or no-shows for your stylist. If a reservation is not rescheduled or canceled within two days prior to the appointment date, up to 50% of the service booking price plus a 3% credit card usage fee will be charged to the card on file or the account deposit at the salon. This amount is paid to the reserved stylist for the booked service.

No, your card is not charged immediately upon booking at Madalynn Cole Salon when leaving the card on file. An account deposit charge may be required at the time of booking or during the confirmation call due to high demand for appointment slots. If the booking agreement changes or is canceled before the two-day window, the deposit will be applied to the service ticket or can be refunded (minus the credit card fee) within 2-10 business days of original appt date.
